Agile environments are all about providing a space for each of these tasks in the workplace, helping maximise productivity and space utilisation.

One of the most essential elements of agile working environments is great collaboration zones – Whether working one-to-one or in a group, zones that provide a space to be collaboratively creative have been shown to yield impressive results time and time again. These could be in the form of railway carriages, media touchdown points or stand-up meeting tables.

While these are generally the core elements to any agile workplace, different companies have different needs – where design agencies may need inspirational spaces to spark their creative spirit, professional services may require more telephone booths where they can comfortably spend long periods of time in a quiet area with their client
