Taylor Vinters Cambridge (Job 2)

Taylor Vinters are leading international solicitors with offices in Cambridge, London, Singapore and an increasing foothold within their specialist sector in the USA. As part of our enduring relationship, Officescape carried out a refurbishment of several areas within the Merlin Place, Cambridge office in order to harmonize the client experience in the Cambridge building, to the same standard that we had recently set in the Tower 42 offices in London.

To move several departments within the building to newly refurbished areas to increase collaboration and fluidity between departments enabling us to clear and restore two floors of the building back to a CAT A standard for sub-letting. As part of this process we were asked by Taylor Vinters to design and remodel the front of house areas, including creating a new entrance and reception and the client suite of meeting rooms on the ground floor.

This project included:

• Full strip out decommission and refurbish various spaces back to CAT A (Landlord Specification) including;
• Demolition of existing walls and partitioning
• Feature designer lighting scheme
• Feature bespoke furniture and designer seating
• Feature reception desk
• Glass partitioning
• Branded manifestation design
• Specify, supply and fit new flooring, including feature areas.
• Decoration
• Mechanical and Electrical Package
