Progress is a consultant led health centre offering exemplary care in the fields of sports medicine and physiotherapy for musculoskeletal health and human performance. As a new venture by the Spire Healthcare Group – the concept from the outset was to create a state of the art facility in which Spire’s customers would be prepared to travel to from all over the UK and beyond. Officescape worked with the Spire Healthcare group from the outset of this new venture and using our unique business appraisal process – we investigated several buildings in the Cambridge region from a short list on Spire’s behalf. Having then identified the optimum building for Spires’s needs, we developed a full design and build package for this project. The build was carried out to a very intense programme, which has enabled Spire to meet their target of a fully operational and well-established practice ahead of the London 2012 Olympic games.
