Bespak are a leading developer and manufacturer of complex medical devices. Across sites at Kings Lynn Norfolk and Cambridge, there is a diverse team of more than 650 people. In-house capabilities and expertise allow reduced time to market, enabling customers’ products to be developed, tested and manufactured faster and risk managed appropriately throughout the process. Officescape were presented with a specification for this project at Cambridge, tendered for it against tough competition and produced the most attractive package in terms of both design and price. We also suggested improvements in specification and design which were taken up by the client.

A client move into the space was then managed. The nature of the build included an extensive mechanical and electrical package and close co-operation with the other trade partners.
